STEP FOUR: Choosing Your Small Business Website Options

We have included 4 essential website features in our budget package in order to keep our prices as low as possible. We also offer many optional website features that you can purchase separately at any time. These are listed below with examples and pricing.
NOTE: Many of these options require you to fill out a form page, upload photos, or supply other content. This will be an easy process for you to follow. We are also just a phone call away if you need assistance.
Each option must be purchased one at a time, but you can buy as many as you like - anytime. You will be sent to the relevant form after each purchase and your new option will be added to your site within 48 hours of completion of the option information form
Online PDF Documents (these documents are printable and easily updated) These are generally used for Newsletters, Menus, Calendars, and other documents you would like to change on a regular basis. If you chose a pdf page in your package simply upload a MS Word or MS Publisher document here (1 MB limit). We will convert the first document for you. We will then supply you with instructions to create your own pdf documents and how to post them to your site whenever you want.
Hosting/Domains - Hosting is the server that your website resides on. A domain is your ".com" name, like "richmondmedia.com". We use and recommend godaddy.com for this service. They are very reliable and have a great client support staff - and they actually answer their phones!

If you do not feel up to the task, we will walk you through this process personally. Please call Nick at 757.532.7176 to schedule a time to walk you through this process. You will have to be logged on to godaddy.com and have a credit card ready. We will walk you through the process in under 30 minutes. We are not currently charging for this service, but it's only free for a limited time.
